疫苗

J-1/J-2 訪問學者，學校的 GeoBlue 並未包含 Preventive Care，因此疫苗要自費施打: https://isss.unc.edu/international-faculty-and-researchers/j1/mandatory-medical-insurance/

在有美國健康保險的情況下，通常在 CDC ACIP 建議下的疫苗都可以施打。學校的 Student Blue 或 GSHIP 的 Blue Option 基本上都有涵蓋 Flu/Covid/HPV...etc。

如何確認保險有覆蓋?​

以 NCBCBS 為例，在 Immunization Guidelines 中有提到:

Reimbursement Guidelines​

Immunizations are reimbursed when the member certificate of coverage includes benefits for immunizations.

Unless specifically excluded by a member’s contract, Blue Cross NC will allow reimbursement for new vaccines formally recommended by Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP) of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).

以 HPV 疫苗為例，CPT 為 90651，有被保險覆蓋。

Flu 流感疫苗​

Flu 25-26 已經可以施打

建議每年定期施打。在學校裡面多處可以施打。

COVID 疫苗​

目前事件仍在進展中，雖然 FDA 核可了 COVID 25-26 配方疫苗，但 FDA 縮限了COVID疫苗施打的資格，而下一次 CDC ACIP 開會是在 09/18/2025。目前附近應該也沒有提供 COVID 25-26 配方疫苗。 -- 09/05/2025

目前校內沒有 COVID 疫苗可以施打。可以至 CVS 或其他附近藥局預約施打。

HPV-9 人類乳突病毒疫苗 (9價)​

三劑。19-26歲建議施打，27-45建議與醫生討論後施打。

台灣每劑約台幣 3000-7000 元。
